Hospitality Horizon Bakery, Patisserie & Chocolate Summit & Awards 2025, Presented by Rich Products, was dedicated to honouring and recognising top bakeries, patisseries and chocolateries as well as bakers, pastry chefs and chocolatiers from across the country. Held at Novotel Mumbai International Airport, the event was in Association with School for European Pastry (SEP) while Powered by Partners were UNOX and Läderach. Gaurav Sharma ably host the event keeping the audience glued to their seats with his ample wit and charm. Before the awards ceremony began, there were insightful presentations by Sanjana Patel, Creative Director & Executive Chef, La Folie, Zeba Kohli, Head, Fantasie Fine Chocolates, Rakhee Vaswani, Celeb Chef & Mompreneur, Ajay Chopra, Celeb Chef & Restaurateur and Shafquat Ali, CEO, Trikaya Media Group & Publisher, Hospitality Horizon.
What followed was an engaging panel discussion, moderated by Gaurav, on the future of the industry with Pankaj Chaturvedi, MD, Rich Products India, MENA & Turkey, Rohit Sangwan, Area Culinary Director, West, IHCL & Executive Chef, Taj Lands End, Vinesh Johny, Co-Founder, Lavonne Academy of Baking Science & Pastry Arts & Lavonne Hospitality and Tejasvi Chandela, Pastry Chef & Founder, Dzurt Patisserie & Cafe, Jaipur and Ajay Chopra.

The awards night that brought together the who’s who of the industry not only celebrated industry leaders but also created a networking platform for chefs, chocolatiers and bakers and bakery entrepreneurs to exchange ideas and inspire innovation in the ever-evolving bakery and confectionery landscape.
