Hospitality Horizon Wedding Summit & Awards 2025 brought together the who’s who of the wedding fraternity

The second edition of Hospitality Horizon Wedding Summit & Awards 2025 by Trikaya Media Group was a resounding success. Hosted by The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi, the summit witnessed an amazing line-up of the best minds in the wedding business for an invigorating exchange of information, ideas and insights while the awards recognised and honoured leading hotels and resorts for weddings as well as top hoteliers and wedding planners.
The awards included Jury Choice Awards and Editorial Choice Awards. Winners of the Jury Choice Awards were decided by the Esteemed Jury comprising the who’s who of the weddings, events, food and hospitality industry while winners of the Editorial Choice Awards were decided by the Editorial Board. The jury selected the winners against many parameters to find the top performers.
Powered by Partners were Sarovar Hotels, Radisson Hotel Group & Royal Orchid Hotels & Resorts, Regenta Hotels & Resorts and ICONIQA Hotels & Resorts. The event was held in Association with Wedding Affair & Vows, Trophy Partner was Premier Printer and Event Setup was by Minutes Entertainment Solutions.
Harkaran Singh, GM of The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi, paid attention to every little detail making this an evening to remember. He delivered the welcome note while Shafquat Ali, Publisher, Hospitality Horizon & CEO, Trikaya Media Group gave the keynote speech.
Sabbas Joseph, Founder-Director, Wizcraft International Entertainment, Rajeev Jain, Founder, Rashi Entertainment and Chetan Vohra, Co-Founder & Director, Line Communications & Weddingline also took to the stage, addressing the august gathering and sharing their valuable insights about the wedding industry.
The summit included two extremely interesting panel discussions. Vikramjeet Sharma, Founder, Le Florence Wedding, moderated the first panel discussion on Challenges Facing Wedding Industry with Ashwni Kumar Goela, Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport, Parikshit Bajaj, GM, Trident, Udaipur, Arpita Gandhi, Co-Founder & CEO, Weddingline, Sonale Zagade, GM, Hyatt Regency Gurgaon and Harkaran Sethi, GM, Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre as the esteemed panellists.
Ruchika Bansal, Co-Founder, Plush Wedding, moderated the second panel discussion on Future of Wedding Industry with Tarun Seth, GM, Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, Harkaran Singh, GM, The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi, Shweta Acharya, Co-Founder & Director Baarati Inc and Amanveer Singh, Founder, Ten Events as distinguished panellists.
The panel discussions were followed by the star-studded awards ceremony with legends and stalwarts from the industry picking up the top honours.
