THINGS.” How do you manage work-life balance?
I enjoy discipline and like to stick to a morning routine to refresh and energise myself
for the day planned ahead of me. I usually begin with some meditation, followed by a
workout session. I like to then sit down and line up a list of action points for the day
ahead to work, where I begin to execute accordingly. Prioritising meetings and work so
that things are streamlined is how I like to maintain an active work-life balance. Once
at work, then I am down to business with regular follow-ups, and focused meetings
with potential owners and upcoming properties.

What inspires you?
The younger generation inspires me and keeps me young. Their exposure and way of
thinking is so different from ours, it is inspiring to see them explore new things, their
energy levels, the agility to adapt and the clarity of thought. I enjoy working with them,
as I believe there is a lot to learn.
