What does your regular day look like?
I enjoy multitasking and strategising my day. Mornings begin by creating time for
myself and streamlining things to do, both personally and professionally. My expertise
lies in the ability to assemble and supervise high-performing teams that curate unique
offerings, transforming visionary concepts into tangible and exceptional outcomes.
The art of managing people both at work and at home is what has become my
superpower and helps me maintain a work-life balance.
What inspires you?
I have a solution-oriented approach to problem solving, and when I am successful in
implementing that to my teams it inspires me truly. I am also a seeker to learn and
explore new things. In terms of work, I like to explore new potential cities and each
time a new hotel opens up in a tier II and tier III city, it motivates me to keep striving
hard at work.
