SALMON
Salmon is one of the most
nutritious foods on the
planet. This exotic fish is not
only tasty and widely
available, but also loaded
with nutrients which reduces
risk factors for several
diseases. Special proteins
available in salmon promote
radiant skin and the fatty
acids, such as omega-3
reduces inflammation and
provides anti-ageing
protection. Salmon is not only
good for your skin but it is
also heart-healthy.
SARDINES
Sardines are an excellent source
of vitamin B12 and selenium. B12
plays a major role in skin-cell
reproduction and when you are
lacking the vitamin, it often causes
dry, patchy skin. Selenium is
necessary if you want your body
to produce an antioxidant called
glutathione, which helps the skin’s
barrier function. Lastly, sardines
are packed with phosphorus,
protein, vitamin D, and omega-3
fatty acids, all of which play
important roles in keeping your
skin hydrated and glowing.
