                                                                 Hosa means ‘new’ in Kannada, and its spirit is embodied
                                                                by Harish, who has drawn inspiration from his deep
                                                                knowledge of and his travels across South India to curate a
                                                                menu that is distinctive and layered.
                                                                 “At Hosa, our menu is a journey through the richness of
                                                                South Indian food culture which is beyond the
                                                                stereotypes,” explains Harish. “From bold, fiery flavours to
                                                                subtle, comforting dishes, we have reimagined traditional

                                                                 With a bigger and bolder menu, Hosa’s new outpost at
                                                                DLF One Horizon Centre is set to shake up the culinary
                                                                scene in Delhi NCR with modern twists to South Indian
                                                                cuisine, daring cocktails and a vibrant ambience.
