respected founder Mrs Asha Shetty,
consort of Mr K Prakash Shetty, Founder,
MRG Group.
Well researched, home-made recipes by
our founder, coupled with contemporary
flair and impeccable services have
culminated into authentic delicacies with the
use of fresh ingredients and local hand-
picked spices. This secret recipe has been
passed on to our culinary masters since its
inception in 1999.
Derived from the Tulu dialect, Sana-di-ge
corresponds to a ceremonial brass lamp
which is lit to commemorate an auspicious
occasion. Sana-di-ge is located in
Bengaluru, Mangaluru and New Delhi with
uniquely designed spaces influenced by the
vision of Mrs Shetty, thus mesmerizing
every guest in a luxurious yet casual
ambience for an exquisite culinary journey.
Food is served in brass plates lined with
plantain leaf for guests to experience the
authentic Dakshina Kannada dining.
The chefs are trained under Mrs Shetty’s
watchful eyes and adept hands, the service
staff cooks and serves our guests with
homely affection, whose smiles make it all
so rewarding for us!
Apart from that, The Sana-di-ge legacy is
being taken care by Mr Gaurav Shetty, the
young scion of the Shetty family. Well-
versed with the calculus of hospitality
industry, Mr Shetty is the driving force
behind the smooth functioning of the chain
of hotels and restaurants of the group.
