Technology integration is vital for meeting ever-changing demands,
allowing us to efficiently engage with customers in a digital age.
Flexibility and agility in our strategies are paramount to keep pace with
evolving guest preferences and industry dynamics. I have implemented
sales monitoring tools into the traditional work flow of Mayfair sales
operations, in order to make the flow of work self-sustaining and give
insight to my team activities.
