                                                       When I took charge of the hotel, the industry faced uncertainties due
                                                     to Covid. Talent gaps and the struggle for excellence were prevalent. To
                                                     overcome these challenges, we prioritised building a culture based on
                                                     authenticity, empowerment, and motivation. I’ve always emphasized that
                                                     a motivated team with a shared dream surpasses a team relying solely on
                                                     talent.
                                                       We are ‘The Best Address’ because we focus on ‘hows’. We value not
                                                     just what we do, but how we do it. From merely good to truly great, our
