When I took charge of the hotel, the industry faced uncertainties due
to Covid. Talent gaps and the struggle for excellence were prevalent. To
overcome these challenges, we prioritised building a culture based on
authenticity, empowerment, and motivation. I’ve always emphasized that
a motivated team with a shared dream surpasses a team relying solely on
talent.
We are ‘The Best Address’ because we focus on ‘hows’. We value not
just what we do, but how we do it. From merely good to truly great, our
‘Guest Experiences’ are delivered through motivated, empowered and
trusted St. Regis hosts.
We are a unique hotel where we have a director-level position only to
promote the Family Traditions. The iconic Butlers of The St. Regis Mumbai
are certified from The School of Astor and our rituals are spoken about
around the globe. The rich details of our programming and disproportionate
focus on caring for our guests makes us extremely desirable.
