Hospitality Horizon Top Chefs Award 2024, held at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, recognised and honoured leading culinary wizards from across the country

We were delighted to roll out the inaugural edition of Hospitality Horizon Top Chefs Award 2024, which recognised and honoured leading culinary wizards across the country.
Held at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon the awards were presented by Ariane Fine Porcelain. Powered by Partners were UNOX and Indian School of Hospitality (ISH) while the Associate Partner was Bisleri Vedica. Organised by Trikaya Media Group, the event was supported by Vibrant-India and the trophy partner was Premier Printer.
Winners of the Jury Choice Awards were decided by the Grand Jury, comprising the who’s who of the food and hospitality industry, while the winners of the Editorial Choice Awards were decided by the esteemed Editorial Board.
The award ceremony was accompanied by gala dinner providing a unique opportunity to meet and network with industry stalwarts.
The awards were attended by the who’s who’s of the food and hospitality industry including India’s leading food critic and author Rashmi Uday Singh, Sid Mewara and Shanky of The Big Forkers, food and wine writer Rinku Madan and Kunal Vasudeva, MD, Indian School of Hospitality (ISH).
While Manish Mehrotra won the coveted Legendary Chef Award, Regi Mathew bagged the Hall of Fame Award. On the other hand, Hussain Shahzad (The Bombay Canteen/ O Pedro /Veronica’s / Papa’s) claimed the position of top standalone chef in the country, Nikhil Nagpal (Avartana, ITC Hotels) scooped the top position among hotel chefs and Parvinder Singh Bali was named the No. 1 independent chef.
It was an extraordinary night when leading chefs from across the country stepped out of their kitchens, took centre-stage and got their due in front of the camera!
