glasswork and exceptional wooden craftsmanship.
The restaurant embodies the true blue spirit of the
Punjabi community. The menu here serves authentic and
traditional dishes that feature all your Punjabi favourites
such as Amritsari Kulcha, Kurkuri Bhindi, Baingan Ka
Bharta, etc.
It also has an exceptional Sharbat Bar which comprises
refreshing beverages that are made up usually of different
kinds of fruit or flower petals. Sharbat originated during
the Mughal era and continues to be a popular drink in
modern times.
A must try is the Sharbat Bazoori, a crowd favourite,
packed with medicinal properties it is the perfect pick me
up to beat the summer heat. The beverage menu also
highlights a good selection of homemade lassis too.
The raw produce here is sourced directly from the
farmers as the owners Gurpreet Gehdu and Kiran Dhillon
only believe in serving their customer the freshest of food.
Sustainability plays a big role in their food philosophy.
The staff here is extremely attentive and consistently
deliver spotless service round the clock. The eatery is
upmarket and chic but true to its rustic roots.
The dishes here are reasonably priced and absolutely
finger-licking good. Without doubt, Rang Punjab proves
that simple food makes for the best kind of food.
