                              t’s been a while since New Delhi witnessed a fine Thai restaurant, with great

                                In some ways, Erawaan at The Claridges, New Delhi, reminds me of Baan
                         IThai, the erstwhile Thai restaurant at The Oberoi, New Delhi, but the
                         difference is that Erawaan is much fresher and has some amazing cuisine.
                           The newly opened restaurant offers an exceptional Thai-inspired dining
                         experience that takes diners on an extraordinary culinary journey to the vibrant
                         opulence of Thailand through its authentic cuisine.
                           Erawaan’s interiors are a modern interpretation of contemporary design, with
                         walls adorned with Thai art inspired by the Ramayana and a ceiling covered in
                         magnificent mandalas, creating an unrivalled ambience along with its impeccable
                         culinary offerings.
                           Expertly curated by Master Chef Tarathip Nooriengsai, the menu features an
                         array of gourmet preparations and a harmonious blend of traditional and
                         contemporary dishes with an exceptional focus on quality and presentation.
                           The menu at Erawaan is an eclectic mix of classic dishes and contemporary
                         creations, with a strong emphasis on authentic flavours and ingredients. It features
                         an extensive selection of dishes from across Asia, and the chefs take great care to
                         source the freshest and most flavourful ingredients.
